Well, after a rocky 2008 season amongst the crew I hope the Predators of the Sea will over come the storm that blindsided us.  I'm in the progress of working with some of the crew members to rebuild the group back to what we had originally planed for the group, with the main idea of having fun while entertaining the masses.

  I myself have had a few rocky months this year as well.  Emotions have run rampant and thus I have been strung out to my wits end.  Family and the military haven't helped out with the stress issue either.  Despite the doom and gloom I am keeping my eyes focused on the light ahead of me.  I have had a few opportunities open up for me and given me something good to focus on.  I'm also keeping hope that I can work things out so that the Predators will be able to once again make an appearance at the Des Moines Renaissance Faire!

Well sadly another year of pirating has come to an end. We would like to thank everyone who played along with all of our jokes and harassment. A special thanks goes out to the royal court, especially Queen Catherine, for putting up with us for three weekends, although stealing seats as well as stacking them was rather fun.  As a last bit of wisdom from Captin Black, here is a sweet closure that came to him in a little cookie; "Sorrow of parting will bring happiness of reunification."

Next year we plan on being bigger and better than ever. We will be holding auditions for new crew members, but that will be announced once we sober up from this year.
